About Tatiana
Tatiana graduated from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, she later pursued a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management graduating in 2014.
Currently residing in The Greater Atlanta Area, Tatiana works in the Consumer Goods Industry
in the space of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. She is dedicated to creating inclusive and
equitable working environments where employees feel welcomed and bring their "whole-selves"to work, and having the opportunity to grow, contribute and develop.
She continues her commitment of community service within her ownership and operation of The LadyBUGS, a 501c(3) mentoring organization with a mission to Build, Uplift and Guide our
Sisters. Her org is committed to ensuring every girl is empowered, specifically targeting those of marginalized groups.
Personally, Tatiana is married to her college sweetheart, Donald Dorsey. The two are proud
parents of a very active toddler, Dillon Blake (and a fur baby Bella).
