What is your refund and return policy?

Accessories, apparel, and mugs may be returned if found defective upon receipt. You may start your refund request within 7 days of receipt of the package. To start the process,vist the
returns page. Please note you are responsible for shipping return cost.
Digital Products (Classes, Social Media Templates, Coaching Workbooks, Speaker Kits, Brochures)
We do not accept returns nor issue refunds for this category.
How long will it take for my order to get to me?
Please note: Due to Covid-19, shipping times may be delayed due to circumstances outside our control.
A tracking number will be provided.
All affirmation necklaces are estimated to be shipped 1-2 days after purchase and should arrive 3-5 days after shipping. Any purchases made during the weekend will be shipped during the following Monday. Please note purchases made from 08/21-08/23 will be shipped no later than 08/25.
All tees are estimated to be shipped within 3-5 days after purchase. The estimated shipping will be 5-7 days.
Digital Downloads & Classes
Digital products are available for instant access and download upon purchase. Please note, these are not physical products and WILL NOT be shipped to you.
All mugs are estimated to arrive 5-7 days after purchase.
